Welcome to the HUB in Snohomish. We are pleased that we finally have a presence on the internet.  As our customers have become more internet savvy, expectations for businesses like ours increase accordingly.  Having access to information “right now” is normal in today’s world.

Our mission with this web site is to give our patrons enough information so they are able to make decisions for them or their families.  The amount of information available boggles the mind and we are overwhelmed with it all at times.

Our customers indicate through feedback that they want access to our menu.  That is a first priority.   We have posted our MENUS in PDF format on menu page so you can either look at them or print them for your everyday use.  In addition, we have DAILY SPECIALS that change.  Every now and then, we will also have internet only deals on our menu page.  All you have to do is download the PDF, fill in the blanks with your HUB Club information and you will be good for the deal.

 Our business is like so many other mom and pop businesses.  We are about:

As the years have passed, we have evolved from a purely hands on drive in restaurant to an integrated technology business benefiting from a wealth of modern tools to help us serve our customers better.  We use computers today  in so many ways.  For example, our POS System inputs data to our kitchen and then it  is used to track sales.  Communicating with our vendors and customers is another way we use them.  We are experimenting with a blog to see if we can communicate on another level with our fans.  If you are interested in what we are thinking, check out my BLOG   for sometimes serious stuff, and sometimes humorous stuff.

We know there are times when you would like to give us a piece of your mind. In those rare cases when we screw up, drop us a note.  In those situations when you have ideas about how we can do our job better, drop us a note.  In those situations when our staff does something right and you want to give them a pat on the back, drop us a note.

Nearly as important as my customers and staff, my VENDORS have been an integral part of our long term success.  Some of them have been serving our business for a really long time.  On page 6 you can see a list of our suppliers and in many cases, links to their own web sites.

We have been lucky enough to be in business for a long time.  My family has been privileged to serve our community for almost fifty years.  Where we generally look forward to the future, we embrace the past. Our HISTORY  is lengthy, but it is entertaining as well.

Our involvement in our COMMUNITY makes us to keep our finger on the pulse of Snohomish.  We take pride in our years of service.
